National Cyber Security Awareness Month

October is National Cyber Security Awareness Month and the FBI has posted tips regarding precautions that you can take to safeguard your computer, phone, and other electronic devices. These tips include having the latest antivirus software installed on your device, allowing your system to accept automated software patches, using strong passwords and using different passwords for separate accounts. The post also advises against disclosing "identifiable" information on social media sites like Facebook or Twitter.
