Yesterday the National Archives released 2,891 records related to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. The documents are subject to the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992 (JFK Act) , which mandated their release no later than 25 years after its enactment. The documents are available for download here .
